It was my first retreat.

When you arrive from “active” life, at first it’s difficult to slow down and to be on your own more. You just think “Wow, it’s so quiet! What am I gonna do during 5 days?”

But then you discover the peace… such a beautiful peace, wild and peaceful.

That staff are really nice, Mana is really available and full of kindness.

I have learned about myself and about buddhism.

If I can, I will come back – and I will go on with meditation.

I think this retreat would be beneficial for anyone who tried it, especially for people I know who live within my culture and society, where I see a lot of emphasis placed on material and gain, and possibly not enough attention given to the spiritual and personal reflection…. And compassion to all beings.

This has been one of the best things I’ve done in my life to assist me in facing an anxiety disorder that I’ve suffered from for a very long time.
