Acro & Ashtanga workshop with Niels and Devaki

Acro and Ashtanga

2 – days workshop

Everybody can fly!

We invite all of you who never tried out Acro Yoga before to join, play and explore. The workshop is especially directed to beginners of Acro Yoga.

Acro Yoga is fun, it develops trust, courage, confidence and sensibility for teamwork.

After warming up we work in groups of 3, so we are always safe because we have a spotter. At the end of each session you learn some effective technics of yoga-massage to relax your partner.

The root of Acro Yoga is Ashtanga Yoga.

Ashtanga Yoga is a type of yoga which is developed by Pattabhi Jois. He collected a sequence of 8 lines of asanas.

It can be practiced in different ways. As a preparation for Acro Yoga we focus especially on flexibility, core strength, balance, alignment and body awareness.
