Yoga for Beginners – 2 day workshop with Niels

10am – 5pm each day – Open to all levels and all ages

“We like to encourage people who always thought Yoga is not for them, because……    and to open doors for the real meaning of Yoga which is not only physical exercise… After this workshop you will know new ways to bring your energy in flow”

Program for both days:

10:00am – 11:30am Asanas

11:30am – 12:00, break

12:00 – 1:00pm pranayama (breathing technics), meditation

1:00pm – 2:30pm lunch break

2:30pm – 4:00pm body awareness, Asanas

4:00pm – 5:00pm Yoga Nidra (guided relaxing meditation)

Open to all levels and all ages
